After Thursday's move to cap attorney fees in auto accident cases derailed PIP, the House stripped the controversial provision from the bill. The Florida Senate had vowed not to pass a PIP bill with attorney fee caps. In the compromise measure, the Florida House has agreed to drop the $10,000 fee cap so it looks like PIP will be restored at some point.
